The special coverage published in the 58th issue of MSI Turkish Defence Review (TDR) is below:

The Autonomous Tactical Multi-Rotor Attack Drone developed by STM got a thumbs up during the precision strike tests held at the Mechanical and Chemical Industry Company (MKEK) Kırıkkale proving ground on July 5.

While its increased payload capacity and reworked dive algorithms continue to pass tests successfully, STM has demonstrated further the ability of the platform to identify and neutralise its target in complex and alike crowds. Moreover, the damage caused by KARGU during its attack run to the target was also improved, compared to its damage in a vertical dive.

Indigenous works for the development of armour defeating ammunition are continuing. Once complete, the ammunition will be installed on KARGU, which is able to carry three different types of explosives up to 1.5 kg in weight to satisfy various operational needs.
